Return Process

Contact our dedicated support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and original proof of purchase to begin the authorization process.
- 2.Pack with Care
Secure your Fliteboard and accessories in their original specialized transit packaging to ensure the high-tech components are protected during transport.
- 3.Arrange Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the equipment from your location, ensuring safe handling of the lithium-ion batteries.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a comprehensive quality check upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
